Harry learnt some valuable lessons in business today.
He learnt that a labourer gets an hourly rate, and your boss will make you earn every penny of it, even in 30°.
But we also talked about the difference between Marketing and Sales.
As such, we agreed to post about todays chat, and Harry joining the team, in the hope it generates an enquiry for our Tidy Garden service in Winnersh.
He’s now aware that this FB post, (marketing) may generate a lead/enquiry, and that if we close the lead (sales) that he’s contributed much more to the business than being ‘just labour’.
We agreed that if this post generares any work we’d split it 50/50, and hed take the lead on doing the quote, visiting the customer…..

He really earnt his wage today, but I’d love to be working for him on the next job!
